I obtein culture of nippple, or more frecuetly of breastmilk when
- there are wound that is not not progressing well
- mastitis, if I can obtein it before the treatment
- sore nipple, when lasts more than a week and no proper reasons that pain, especial y if the mother says she feels "needles"
if there's pain initially I propose probiotics, and if This dosen't work I obtein the culture
