My understanding is that under Baby Friendly *everyone* concerned
with the care of mothers and babies, directly or indirectly, needs
to be aware of the breastfeeding policy and where approprite they
should receive the relevant training.

Not sure what a housekeeper is - maybe what we call a cleaner or a domestic?

Under Baby Friendly in the UK, cleaners and domestics would be
expected to know the unit supports breastfeeding, that it is
important, and that there are no restrictions on it. This does not
need to take long, and would form part of routine induction and
ongoing training.
