How that practically possible?
That "other mother" is not a subscriber of the insurance, thus, even if
such prescription would be written, that would constitute the insurance
fraud.
Until the appropriate ICD diagnosis will be established (good luck with
that, I tried and failed...), we (and mothers) are out of luck.
