Michelle, I too was frustrated that no more than you describe is on the website, and I suspect there is a connection to the fact that many visual aids are for sale also. At least in the link you provided, I was surprised to find other links in the heading that led me to several articles (one in Clinical Lactation, the USLCA's journal). Every link I clicked gave me something to think about, so maybe you will find something by clicking the "BN shop" that you will find very useful. This is the first time I have known about any of them, because I was so frustrated from the website itself that I never saw any of the upper links to click.
