Dear Lactnet Friends:
While pasteurization does change human milk, and we don't know what the
impact of the process that would make human milk shelf-stable, I would
still feel better about parents using that product instead of cow milk or
soy juice products.
At the same time, I am sad that humans have gotten so removed from their
biologic template. . .
sigh.
