How is momma's diet different from morning to night?

Subject: Evening stools-green with blood

I have heard this from several moms recently.  Can someone explain why a baby 
would have normal yellow stools with no blood most of the day then have green 
stools with red blood streaks in evening--repeating this scenario each day. Baby 
is under 3 months and exclusively breastfed. Just curious.  Thanks!
