Tricia, Has she tried the Reverse Pressure Softening Technique prior to pumping at work and then again maybe 5 min into the session? Jean recently I believe posted on a method (I think she used with her granddaughter?) of shorter sessions with RPS done in between every few minutes? You might find her description in the archives. Some people try the Rescue Remedy homeopathic drops to help elicit letdown.
