I believe he means that the baby must be fed after drops administered and certainly breastfeeding is more thanadequate and better than formula.  She just needs to clarify with him that the feed will be breastfeeding.  I'm sure baby will cooperate. :-)  Possibly drops being used because hemangioma  is interfering with baby's vision.  Pat in SNJ.
