This is such a diverse and generous group, that I thought I'd ask ... knowing it may not fit all your situations, but someone might be able to take the time to help me....
These are questions for those of you that manage a county or state hotline or warmline on weekends.
How do you staff it?
Are calls answered "live", or calls returned once or twice a day?
Is it only referrals, or are breastfeeding questions answered?
Are staff paid by the hour, the call?
Documentation?
Is it a useful way to help the community - or is online help more likely to reach more moms now?
Any other questions Ishould have asked?
Thanks...
