Typical presentation of urticaria.
Most probably the problem is not in the mother "supply" in the breast
milk, but in the kid's "storage" of the offending proteins.
It can take 2-3 weeks or even longer to clear the problem.
As long as lesions are diminishing in frequency and severity - I don't
think that anything else should be done.
