There are Vitamin D drops, one single drop in coconut oil. The mom can place on her nipple and baby nurse directly and get at same time. Check internet for manufacturers and availability.

What are others' thoughts regarding VIT D drops which are corn oil preparation based and a family history of corn allergy? Our hospital is looking into recommending and beginning Vit D drops within the first few days after birth. Thank you.
