Oh no! This is a repeat of what happened to the first edition (Pink cover -
2002) of that book edited by Dr. Joan Meek and Sherill Tippins - see the box
at the end of this review:

http://www.lalecheleague.org/llleaderweb/lv/lvdecjan04p134.html

The second edition was published in 2011 (Aqua cover - be careful, as the
one I found in Amazon was the First edition) - by Joan Younger Meek, MD,
MD, RD, FAAP, IBCLC, Editor in Chief with Winnie Yu). She is a
well-respected member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, a Past
President, very active in their conferences and in their journal,
Breastfeeding Medicine.

I had hoped that the AAP would be able to protect their materials after that
big embarrassment. But I guess you have no control over who buys your books
and stamps whatever they want on it.
