Norma gave two excellent suggestions for the east side of the state... since you are more on the west side I thought I'd throw in a few as well...

Dr. Tanner at Facial Surgery Group (on the Plaza)  - he regularly revises PTT and I believe generally uses laser. and Dr. Collier - can't remember where in KC Dr. Collier is located, but he just took care of a fairly involved lip tie for one of my moms with an in-office laser after she had been told it would need to be done under anesthesia at a surgery center by her family ENT.  I also refer folks to Dental Arts in Independence and know they at least do straight forward revisions with the laser - trained by Dr. Palmer right before his passing.  I've also referred more complicated therapy cases to KU Med as well as a local SP/LLLL (and possibly an IBCLC)  - I could put you in touch with her if you would like.
