Annabel Karmel is popular in the UK because of a range of recipe 
books on food for children . She is a person, and a brand.
Her breastfeeding adviser is the woman you have linked to here, and 
many of us working in the UK have serious problems with what she 
says, and she has serious problems with what we say.....plus serious 
problems with what she *says* we say :)

Having said that, the particular piece you have linked to throws 
doubt on nipple confusion, and plenty of perfectly knowledgable 
people would also do that. Google Sally Inch nipple confusion for a 
view which shows the situation is not as black-and-white as some 
people used to think.
