I use Hale, Nice (OTC), Toxnet (Lactmed).  AAP Statement is old and out of date.  Not sure about most current issue of Briggs- 2011 is sort of out of date when you realize Hale & Lactmed are very up-to-date and of course, Hale's Infant Risk Center is an excellent resource for unusual  circumstances. 
 
Our local hospitals keep current Hale in OB and ERs are learning to ask them before they tell mom incorrect info.  I tell moms going to ER or their dr about resources- Hale, Lactmed or me by phone. Pat in SNJ
