Dear Laura,
I have had mothers choose to use sage and pseudoephedrine to help dry up 
their supplies and both work better or worse depending on the mother.  
Some mothers respond really strongly to one or the other, some mothers 
get very jittery from the medication.  Worth a try for sure.
On the other hand, if the mother needs this ASAP, what is wrong with her 
still having some milk?  Because it will be radioactive and she 
shouldn't be handling it?  She is already radioactive!  Is it because 
what do you do with this milk?
Sorry to be ignorant here.  Really just curious as to why she couldn't 
pump and dump (let me know how she would do this safely) some if there 
was still some milk left.
So, is the problem to get her baby off the breast or to get rid of her 
milk entirely?
