Soy does contain very high phyto-estrogens, but we have found lots of
success at the Birthingway clinic with suggesting Sunflower lecithin
instead of soy. It still has the emulsifying properties, without the
ingestion of soy- which is a big allergen for moms as well as containing
high levels of estrogen.

The sunflower lecithin can be found online or in some health food stores.
We suggest Amazon.com as a reliable source at the clinic
