I worked with a client who had repeated plugged ducts, mastitis and a breast abscess that needed to be surgically drained.  She continued to suffer from from deep plugs (possibly more abscesses) that would not resolve after the obvious abscess was drained.  On her physician's advice she tried acupuncture, specifically micro-current therapy, and was completely plug free wtihin a few visits.  At each visit, her plugs noticeably reduced.

I am not well informed about acupuncture but this seemed to be very beneficial for this mom.
