My purpose in asking for a list of hospitals purchasing Medolac, and a
price is list, is to increase transparency. The first corporation to sell
human milk products rose up without a lot of scrutiny and I'm hoping that
doesn't happen again. I hope we can have full discussions and information
sharing here.
I've been writing about the commercialization of human milk for a while
now. This link will bring up my blog posts on Prolacta and Medolac.

I'm glad you mentioend Medolac's push to buy milk from black mothers in the
US. I don't think this article has been shared on Lactnet yet:
Inviting African-American Mothers to Sell Their Breast Milk, and Profiting

What is a for-profit company with no African-American employees, no
African-American board members and no meaningful connections to
African-American mothers doing starting a campaign targeting low-income
African-American mothers in Detroit to sell their breast milk under the
promise of economic empowerment? That’s a question that deserves an answer,
particularly since the company promoting this “pull yourself up by your own
nursing bra straps” approach intends to sell that milk at a profit. " Link
