My take on this was that they were using the word "terrorist" to provide an
excuse to the authorities for having called them in.  It is ridiculous to
call the police about a breastfeeding mom and baby!  They needed to cite
the "black bag" as an excuse for calling them.  Of course, the fact that
the bag caused no concern when the family was seated at the table also
speaks volumes.

By the way, New York State law protects a mom and baby's rights to
breastfeed anywhere they have a legal right to be.  It is a civil rights
violation to interfere with them.
