I'm training as a doula in South Africa, and by no means an expert.  We
were discussing this situation the other day during our breastfeeding
workshop, and it seems its possibly caused by the pressure of the implants
against the milk ducts?  The moms are saying they are feeling very full,
but babies are not thriving.
