Hi Christine,
Just read about your client's baby who had an anterior tie clipped,
but also seems to have a posterior tie. This is more common than one
might think. In these cases, it is only when the anterior tie has been
released that the posterior one comes forward. For posterior ties,
lasers are the preferred method of release.
