Hello all,I have a client who is traveling today from North Carolina to see Dr. Kotlow re: a possible posterior and labial tongue tie. She has family in Rochester, NY and will be staying there for a few days after her appt. on Monday.  I am wondering if anyone on this list knows of a reputable CST in the Rochester area whom she could contact. Obviously, we'd like to find someone who routinely works with babies--especially ones with tongue tie and milk transfer issues. Thanks in advance, Liz Mills, RN, IBCLC
