I know it is never good for a mother to do anything drastic with her weight when nursing a baby, but I was wondering if it was safe. The baby has no health problems and is 8 months old. Mom is back to work and is nursing twice a day.
Hmmm....
With all my love for the herbal medicine I will have to chime here.
1. Anything coming from Dr. Oz is... a negative factor for me
2. Anything promising wonder effects (i.e. loosing weight in a snap) is
definitely a negative factor
3. Anything with origins that can not be verified (i.e. non-regulated
herbal supplements, especially coming from abroad) is an absolute
negative factor
