2012 Hale (about 2" thick, I measured :-) also says it is not detected in 
milk after 4 hours.  Also not to be used pp if infant is preterm.  Otherwise 
says levels are so low that it is probably safe in most instances.

Writing to infant risk center with all details (baby age, mom dose etc) may 
help.  there is one reference from 2001.  Pat in SNJ
