Hello wise ones,

A mom emailed me in a panic about the L reuteri drops that had really been
helping her baby ( who was squirmy, miserable, not ever awake and calm at
the same time, and stooled about once every 5 days,) saying that the company
BioGaia, who made the drops has discontinued them. They still make
chewables still for 4-12 year olds, and the straws, which would work as long as
the baby was bottlefeeding. This baby is exclusively breastfeeding. I see on
their website they just signed a major deal with Nestle, is it possible
they just don't care about helping exclusively breastfeeding babies anymore?

Has anyone else heard this, that it's been discontinued? It's not on the
company site, but other third party sites are saying they don't have it...
Everywhere I called I find nothing but bifidus powders. Even a health food
store that should know better, when I said this is for a breastfeeding baby,
said it can be put in the bottle of mother's milk or formula. I haven't
been able to find L. Reuteri drops for infants anywhere.

Argh.

Any thoughts?
Peace,
Judy
