We are getting closer to getting to charge for our Outpatient Lactaiton Clinic.  All visits will require a physician/midwife order.  

A question came  up whether I would be able to sign off on that order since I am NOT an RN.  How do other locations/hospitals handle this when the nonRN IBCLC is seeing patients?  I am awaiting word to see if I will indeed be able to sign off on the order.
