Your mom might be able to find help at a community acupuncture venue. There is at least one, in Morristown, Nj. I would paste the link here but haven't figured out how to use my new mobile device well enough... Google will bring them up. My dr. Of TCM and Acupunctore has helped numerous women with low supply as have the LAc at community acup. Here in NH. They also use a sliding scale so it becomes fairly affordable.  Good luck to her!
