It states that documentation by physician/advanced practice
nurse/physician assistant/certified nurse midwife/lactation consultant the
reason for not exclusively feeding breast milk during the entire
hospitalization......
Does "lactation consultant" mean an IBCLC only or can it include a CLC or
simply an RN working in the capacity of a lactation educator? I
appreciate your help in clarifying this.
