My son's allergist suggested that we start with milk baked into something for at least 30 minutes, like quick bread. If that was tolerated (which it wasn't for us), move on to milk baked into something cooked for just a few minutes, like pancakes. He said the proteins are barely altered in yogurt, but the probiotics help some people digest it, and if mom digests better, fewer intact proteins pass to baby. Cheese would be next, then milk. He also suggested that even if something did work, don't eat it every day because it's too easy to overload a baby's system. We never tried ghee, as I am happy enough being vegan.
