Tincture of time as Mary White has always said.  They will get better at 
latching on and staying on without assistance and she will get better at 
manuvering them.  Try  to nap when they nap and ignore the rest of the 
world. (I hope she doesn't have a toddler!)

Also beg family,  friends, church groups, ask ins co   if there is any home 
help, etc.   to come give a hand.
