I believe there is research showing that over hydration interferes with 
breast milk production.  I tell moms to drink to thirst.  Sit down to nurse 
with a glass of something in case you get thirsty while feeding.  Etc.  Pat 
in SNJ, off to fill in as camp nurse for a couple of days :-)
