Dr Leeper,

That was very helpful to know what is wanted from a physician's perspective.

I have been told that my reports are a little overlong. I just try to be very thorough and I see a lot of moms whose babies are tongue and lip-tied or have other oral challenges. Each dyad is a learning experience and I never feel like I have all the information, so when I go home, I research and look stuff up and remind myself of things I knew and forgot or learn something that I never knew. Even though I've been helping moms breastfeed for over 15 years, I still am continually surprised by what I do not know.
