Hi, Pamela,
Perhaps Ameda stopped selling this piston pump because it only has one
flange size?  I remember giving this pump to moms 20-30 years ago.  I do
remember the rubber washer wearing out on these pumps and seeing some pretty
bad nipple/areolar damage, but in hindsight it was probably from poor flange
fit combined with breast edema and too vigorous pumping.
