I haven't researched galactagogues for a couple of years.  I was surprised when I looked at the 2012 Medications and Mother's Milk, and saw Fenugreek and Milk Thistle rated as L3 due to lack of research, and very little to support their use to help increase a mother's milk supply.  Are any of you aware of any good research, or aware of other non-prescription galactagogues that have some decent research to support their use?

I don't have a computer with access to the internet at work, and lack time to research this, so thought I would see if any of you have already done this.
