Yes...sounds like a food sensitivity.
In my experience, after dairy, babies react to soy, then corn, then beef, then wheat, then egg.
But it can be anything.
Mom needs to start a food and symptom diary. Writing down what she eats at what time, and what time the baby spits more.
There really is not any reliable allergy testing when dealing with foods...especially under one year of age. If baby was great on neocate it makes corn less likely, as corn syrup solids are a major component.
