Only a miniscule amount of breastmilk would be needed for a mass spectrometry. The subject is too complex to get into here, but it is just a technique to assay chemical composition of a substance; in this case, human milk. It was almost certainly done to detect explosives or possibly illegal drugs. It is nothing to be concerned about.
