This is just my opinion, and I could be wrong. But, I'll give it anyway. I think that I would focus on helping everyone realize that the big sister is STILL A CHILD. She is not to be placed in a position of parenting this new baby in any way. It is very easy to slide into giving older children adult responsibility. I have been guilty of some myself.
I could recommend a couple of books, but they have nothing to do with lactation, so I'd better stop here.
