I like the Baby, Baby, Oh Baby video, it is 27 minutes and really up to date with real moms experiences and coves most every topic they need to know.
I also use the belly balls, a teaspoon and the breast model and a baby and have all participants use a baby doll for positioning practice but you can easily use stuffed dolls/animals.
The Diaper Diary handout is gross to look at but I think a great thing to use in the class and for parents to add to their hospital bag and be aware what is normal for output, # of feeds, color, etc.
