Are any of your hospitals doing direct insurance billing for breastpump rentals or outpatient consults? We have always required payment at time of service but are having clients state that they're insurance companies say we now have to bill directly. Does anyone have experience with this or know where to direct me? Thank you, Dawn Staudt-Vanek RN, IBCLC
