ANY IBCLC (or other healthcare provider/HCP) can talk to
ANY mother about
ANY product or service
(even by brand name)
**in a one-on-one teaching or clinical text**
and meet HCP obligations under the Code ... and BFHI ... and under any
prevailing conflict-of-interest requirements.

ANY facility can use
ANY product or service
related to BFg support
**when acquired in an arms-length business transaction**
(for one-on-one teaching or clinical needs)
and meet HCP obligations under the Code ... BFHI ... and under any
prevailing conflict-of-interest requirements.
