Posting for an RN/IBCLC friend who works in a physician's office:

With the new ACA requirements for insurance companies to cover 
breastfeeding supplies, will supplies be covered only through a DME or 
will they also be covered if used during a lactation consult (nipple 
shield, pump kit, starter SNS, etc)?  Thanks.
