I asked on NFCA (Natural Feeding Consultants Association of Russia) forum. So far the closest consultant lives in Erevan, Armenia which is 4 hr from Tbilisi. There are no IBCLCs or LLL leaders in Georgia as far as I know.
Does this mother speak Russian? Is she open to Skype consultation?
