Dear Lactnet Friends:
Judge Susan Getzendanner found the AMA and others guilty of an illegal
conspiracy against the chiropractic profession in September of 1987,
ordering a permanent injunction against the AMA and forcing them to print
the court's findings in the *Journal of the American Medical Association*.
It is the parent's job to select their healthcare providers. Evidence
based practice is not the only way to find a modality that is effective and
safe, especially when practiced by someone with a state license.
