I have decided I need to learn more in-depth on IGT and breast hypoplasia. What resources would you recommend I look into in order to get a good working knowledge on this topic?
Any tips on how to distinguish between normal small breasts (A or AA cup) and ones that truly have IGT?
I am thinking of a situation where baby might have a tongue tie, or the breastfeeding relationship has had a rough start for another reason. How much of the supply issue is due to poor breastfeeding management vs. IGT?
If you suspect IGT with a mother who is also having other breastfeeding issues, do you bring the IGT up right away or do you tackle all other issues first and then if things still don't improve bring it up?
