What programs are people using for staff education and training when working towards baby friendly. I do Breastfeeding competency as part of our annual competency fair. I make them set up a pump and do pump teaching and make them answer some basic breastfeeding questions. I also do presentations in staff meetings . Usually the topic is some problem or inconsistancy I am seeing on the units. But, we are applying for a grant to use for staff education and I was wondering what everyone is using and from where are you getting your material?
  Thanks s much,
