I have worked with a mom with Turner Syndrome who gave birth (I'm thinking with donated egg), and did breastfeed for a while, although not a full supply. It has been some years ago and I don't have details of the case.

Subject: Adoptive breastfeeding in a mom with Turner syndrome?
Hello Wise Ones!
I just found out a friend of mine with Turner Syndrome is thinking about adopting a baby. Of course I immediately offered to give resources/support for adoptive lactation :)
However, I'm not sure how possible this would be for her with having Turner Syndrome. A search of the archives came up with one other request for information on this same situation, but it did not show that any responses were given. The post was by Natalie Shenk, BS, IBCLC I'm not sure if she is still active on the boards or can contribute more.
Just wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to work with a mom in this situation? TIA
