This rash sounds like eczema or psoriasis.
A dermatologist is a good idea.
I use fluticasone ointment 4 times a day until clear, then try to wean down
to 1% hydrocortisone ointment as often as needed to keep it under control.
They usually need to use it as long as they are breastfeeding. And pumping
seems to be even worse from the trauma it causes pulling the skin.
