I haven't clue if there are any IBCLCs in Newark,  It is the inner city, 4th 
poorest city in US!
Unfortunately it is not anywhere near me (about 2 hours north).  It is close 
to NYC.  Hopefully IBCLCs in North Jersey will rally around and help Maria 
out.  I know the hospitals have been approached to become Baby Friendly, a 
statewide push for this is underway.  Pat in SNJ
