We lost another Breast Feeding Advocate.  Pediatrician, Peter Magnus past away on March 05, 2012 due to complications of lung cancer.  I had the pleasure of working with him in Central Oregon in the last four years, during his retirement.  He provided me with an article he wrote in 1978!!  He was very wise and knew what many doctors did not know then, and still today do not recognize!  He wrote 'Impedents to Human Lactation' for the "Keeping Abreast, Journal of Human Nurturing" in 1978!!  You can find it on the web.  I am attaching an article regarding things that he spoke of and wrote of...He will be missed and always appreciated.
